About Susanne

A coach and facilitator for over 15 years, I have cultivated my personal growth and spiritual development through a lot of exploration. Having taken numerous plant medicine journeys, I experienced their emotional, physical, and energetic impact in my own life. As a coach, I had the tools to translate those insights into living more fully and with greater satisfaction.

I believe everything is connected. I am here to share those tools with others.
